Cartons arrive at the office and become rows of brown-paper gift bags, each one filled and folded by the team the night before.
The walk begins.
Banner up, umbrellas open, a rider escort ahead: the Foundation takes its message through the streets on foot.

What starts as a company walk gathers the neighbourhood as it goes. Nobody stays a bystander for long.
Arrival at the hospital.
The banner reaches the gate and the vehicles are unloaded, bag by bag, into waiting hands.
